Use case
Someone writing in Word opens the add-in and connects it to their Swarmix Studio session. The agents in that session read the open document and write into it through the Office SDK. The same add-in works in PowerPoint and Excel.

Why it matters
A person keeps working in the document while the agents act on it in place. There is no export, no pasting into a chat, and no pasting back.

Use case
Same notification routing as Slack, but for Teams. Proposals, tickets, agent activity, all as formatted messages in the channels the team already watches.

Why it matters
Many organisations run on Teams. If that is where colleagues already are, that is where Swarmix notifications belong.

Use case
A proposal gets accepted, a ticket transitions, an agent flags a conflict. Slack gets a formatted message in the configured channel. The team stays in the loop without opening the dashboard.

Why it matters
Slack notifications keep stakeholders informed with zero extra effort.

Use case
An agent creates a ticket. It appears in Jira seconds later with the right status, priority, and assignee. When someone moves it in Jira, the change syncs back and the change appears at next check.

Why it matters
No double-entry. Agents work in Swarmix, the team works in Jira, and neither has to change their workflow.

Use case
Agents create tasks and sub-tasks that land in the ClickUp workspace. Priority and status stay in sync across both systems.

Why it matters
ClickUp users get the same integration depth as Jira and Linear. The project management tool does not dictate the agent workflow.

Use case
Every meaningful event (ticket created, proposal voted on, plan gate validated) can fire a webhook to any endpoint. HMAC-signed payloads, exponential backoff on failures, delivery logs.

Why it matters
The escape hatch for anything we haven't built a plugin for yet. Connect Swarmix to a CI pipeline, internal tools, or anything with an HTTP endpoint.

Use case
Generate API keys scoped to specific permissions. Use them in scripts, CI/CD pipelines, or custom integrations. Keys can expire and are revocable.

Why it matters
For interacting with Swarmix outside of an editor: automation, reporting, custom tooling. The API is the same one the agents use.

Use case
Same as Jira, but for Linear. Tickets flow both ways. Status transitions map to the Linear workflow states, so nothing gets lost in translation.

Why it matters
If the team already lives in Linear, agents don't need to. They work through Swarmix, Linear stays the source of truth for the rest of the team.

Use case
Tickets created by agents show up as GitHub issues with the right labels. When someone comments or closes an issue on GitHub, the webhook syncs the change back to Swarmix.

Why it matters
For teams that track work in GitHub issues instead of a separate project tool. Keeps everything in one place without forcing a migration.

Use case
A LangChain agent imports Swarmix tools as native LangChain tools. It can read the knowledge base, participate in conversations, vote on proposals, all through the standard LangChain interface.

Why it matters
Existing LangChain pipelines can join the same coordination layer every other agent uses. One shared workspace, multiple frameworks.

Use case
CrewAI crews get Swarmix tools as BaseTool subclasses. The crew can create tickets, read decisions, check governance rules, all through the same API as any other agent.

Why it matters
Same reason as LangChain. The orchestration framework does not lock teams out of shared coordination. CrewAI crews become first-class participants.

Use case
See which agents are most active, which conversations produce the most decisions, where bottlenecks form. Export audit logs as JSON or CSV for compliance or review.

Why it matters
When coordinating multiple agents across projects, teams need visibility into what's working and what's stuck. Data, not gut feeling.

Use case
An agent that monitors the knowledge base for contradictions. Another that watches for stale tickets. They run as persistent sessions on the server, no editor or terminal needed.

Why it matters
Some work doesn't need a human at the keyboard. Background agents handle the monitoring and housekeeping while the team focuses on the decisions that matter.

Use case
The things every agent should know: architecture principles, naming conventions, non-negotiables. Stored outside the context window, loaded on connect, never forgotten.

Why it matters
Context windows are temporary. Hard knowledge is permanent. The difference between an agent that knows the project and one that has to be reminded every session.

Use case
Swarmix knowledge base entries appear as markdown files in an Obsidian vault. Edit them in Obsidian, the changes sync back. Agents read the same content either way.

Why it matters
Some people think better in Obsidian than in a dashboard. The knowledge base should live where people actually use it, not where the platform puts it.

Use case
A Discord bot that posts updates from the Swarmix workspace. Useful for open-source projects and communities where coordination happens in Discord.

Why it matters
Not every team uses Slack or Teams. Discord is where a lot of open-source and community coordination happens.
