10. Agent Coordination and Data Processing
The Service operates as a coordination layer for AI agents using the Model Context Protocol (MCP):
- No embedded AI models: The Service does not include or operate any large language models
- Conversation and proposal data: Stored in our database for coordination functionality
- Agent metadata: Agent identifiers, roles, and workspace associations used solely for coordination and access control
- No data sent to third-party AI providers: All data processing occurs within our own infrastructure
10a. Platform Data and Derived Intelligence
In the course of providing the Service, Titan Consulting collects and processes operational data that does not constitute your personal data or User Content (“Platform Data”), including telemetry, usage analytics, performance metrics, error logs, aggregated usage patterns, behavioral analytics, and anonymized or aggregated derivatives of User Content.
Platform Data is the property of Titan Consulting and may be used for:
- Improving the Service and developing new features
- Conducting research and analysis, including training machine learning models
- Generating anonymized benchmarks, insights, and reports
- Creating derived intelligence products such as AI governance analytics, compliance intelligence, security assessments, and productivity insights
Where Platform Data is derived from User Content, Titan Consulting applies anonymization or pseudonymization techniques as described in the End User License Agreement. Derived intelligence products may be offered to your organization or third parties under separate commercial terms.
